I worked for a major credit card company for almost twelve years of my life. I answered thousands of credit card questions during that time from the simplest, "What's my available balance?" to "What no fee credit card will give me the most rewards for the money I spend?". For the longest time I was a representative that handled only some of the most exclusive credit card accounts.
I know what qualifies as superior credit card customer care.

Not only have I worked in the credit card customer care industry, I too have been a credit card customer. I've possessed over 20 different credit cards during my lifetime, from high interest department store credit cards to low apr Visa and Mastercards.
I've had periods of good credit and periods of bad credit. At one point in my life I had to endure the embarrassment of even filing for personal bankruptcy. That was the worst feeling a person can have.
